What people ask us
Does it really work without internet?
Yes, entirely. The app has no account, no server and sends nothing anywhere. The only moment you need a connection is buying Pro, because the payment goes through the store.
I reinstalled the app and lost my Pro version. What do I do?
Open the app, go to Settings and tap “Restore purchase”. If you use the same Google or Apple account you bought with, Pro comes back. If it still doesn't show up, write to us and we'll sort it out.
I'm changing phones. How do I move my data?
On the old phone: Settings → Make a backup. Save the file wherever you like — on a card, in an email, anywhere. On the new phone, install the app and choose Restore from a backup. Everything comes with it: inventory, trips, templates, profiles.
I bought on Android and now I have an iPhone. Do I have to pay again?
Google and Apple are separate stores and don't talk to each other, so the purchase doesn't transfer automatically. Write to us with your Google Play order number and we'll send you a code for the iOS version. You move your data with the backup file, which reads on both.
If I stop paying, do I lose my trips?
No. Nothing you've built disappears or gets hidden. Every trip, all your inventory, every template stays — you just can't create new trips past the free version's limit. We never hold anyone's work hostage.
